So the bus couldn't drive into the part of town where we were staying, so we got out and walked a bit to Hostel Santini.
Not all the rooms were this beautiful, but one set of students got to sleep under this gorgeously painted ceiling.

Here is a close up of some of those panels that are complex and reminiscent of the images on playing cards.
We got situated and then headed up the mountain towards the castle to find our restaurant. U labutí.
This is hte main square on which the famous castle sits.
The castle was under guard.
Of course we had to take a look at the panorama of the town.
Our restaurant for the evening was elegant and so efficient. It is called "At the Swan".
We had a big room all to ourselves.

We all tryly enjoyed the meal here.
We had a traditional meal with dumplings and dessert.
